Canceled or rescheduled events
If an event is canceled you will be contacted as soon as possible after we have received the notification from the event organiser. Please contact us for a refund or to rebook for another event
Please note it may take up to seven working days for your account to be credited.
If an event is postponed you will be contacted as soon as possible after we receive notification from the event organiser. You will be given the option to attend the postponed event and advised whether new tickets will be issued.
If you do not wish to attend the postponed events and would like a refund then you will need to advise us by reply email. If the tickets were e-tickets, new e-tickets will be issued to you. If the tickets were postal tickets then you will need to return these tickets to us at Clubtickets Ltd, Lower ground floor 6-8 Standard Place, London ec2a3be
